  I went to the Flat Rock Store to buy a bag of gray polymeric sand, I paid for the bag and then was told they didn't have any, they wrote it down and said it would be there tomorrow they would bring it from the other store. Went the next day and " No Sand ", the not was on the desk the guy didn't bring it, went back yesterday and they said they didn't know they were out and I talked to the same guy I did the last time, how can you not know when you are out of something for over a week ? Called the other location and they were out, guy said he could get it tomorrow but it would take an extra day to get it to Flat Rock, I said I would come and pick it up and then he said the same thing about getting it to Flat Rock ??? I stated I would just call other places to find in and he hung up on me, GREAT WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
